1. Acceptance of Terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the D Realtor For Florida Homes website and all consultations, estimates, repair services, remodeling projects, maintenance programs, and installation work provided by our team. By requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, approving a proposal, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Service Availability. D Realtor For Florida Homes provides residential renovation and home improvement services subject to scheduling availability, project evaluation, property accessibility, and operational capacity. Certain specialized services may not be available in every service area or during periods of high demand.
3. Property Authorization. Customers requesting services confirm that they are the property owner or have proper authorization to approve repairs, remodeling, installations, or maintenance work. We may request verification before beginning certain projects.
4. Project Consultations. Recommendations and estimates are prepared using visible site conditions and information available during consultation. Hidden structural damage, plumbing concerns, electrical deficiencies, moisture intrusion, pest activity, or code compliance issues may only become apparent after work begins and could require additional evaluation.
5. Estimates & Scope of Work. Estimates describe the anticipated scope of work based on information available at the time they are prepared. Customer-requested modifications, unforeseen site conditions, or additional construction requirements may result in revised estimates, updated project schedules, or additional charges before further work proceeds.
6. Customer Responsibilities. Customers agree to provide accurate contact information, project details, property access, and reasonable working conditions. Utilities required for construction activities should remain available unless otherwise arranged. Customers should also disclose any known property conditions that could affect project safety or completion.
7. Scheduling & Project Timelines. Proposed start dates and completion schedules are estimates only. Weather conditions, permit approvals, inspections, supplier shortages, transportation delays, labor availability, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect project timing.
8. Pricing & Additional Work. Project pricing is based on labor requirements, materials, accessibility, supplier pricing, and the agreed scope of work. If concealed conditions or customer-requested changes substantially alter the project, updated pricing and customer approval may be required before additional work is completed.
9. Materials & Product Availability. Selected materials, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and specialty products are subject to manufacturer and supplier availability. If requested products become unavailable, we may recommend suitable alternatives offering comparable appearance, quality, and functionality.
10. Professional Workmanship. All services are completed according to recognized construction standards and accepted industry practices. Natural variations in wood, stone, paint, tile, metal finishes, and other building materials are normal characteristics and are not considered workmanship defects.
11. Manufacturer Warranties. Products, equipment, fixtures, and appliances installed during your project may carry warranties provided directly by their manufacturers. Warranty coverage, repairs, replacement decisions, and claim eligibility remain subject to each manufacturer's individual warranty terms.
12. Smart Home & Security Systems. Customers retain ownership and administrative control of installed cameras, alarm systems, smart locks, automation devices, and connected home technology. Passwords, monitoring subscriptions, software updates, and account management remain the responsibility of the customer after installation.
13. Worksite Safety. Construction and renovation areas may contain tools, equipment, electrical devices, ladders, materials, dust, and temporary hazards. Customers agree to keep children, pets, visitors, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas until work has been safely completed.
14. Personal Property. Customers are encouraged to remove or adequately protect valuable belongings, artwork, electronics, important documents, collectibles, and fragile items before construction begins. D Realtor For Florida Homes is not responsible for unsecured personal property located within designated work areas.
15. Limitation of Liability. D Realtor For Florida Homes shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from severe weather, hidden structural conditions, supplier shortages, governmental actions, utility failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable operational control.
16. Changes to These Terms. We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational improvements, legal requirements, technological developments, or service updates. The most current version published on our website governs future use of our services, unless otherwise stated in a written project agreement.
